Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Community Development:
Postgraduate degree or diploma in community/rural development, development management, or related fields with a minimum of 60% marks. - Environment:
First-class degree in Environmental Engineering or any engineering degree with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Environmental Engineering, securing at least 60% marks. - Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Legal:
Law degree (3-year or 5-year) with a minimum of 60% marks. - Marketing & Sales: Recognized degree with a 2-year MBA or PG Diploma in Management specializing in Marketing (Major) with at least 60% marks.
- Materials Management:
Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a 2-year MBA or PG Diploma in Management, achieving a minimum of 60% marks. - Personnel & HR: Graduates with a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree, diploma, or program in management specializing in HR, industrial relations, personnel management, MHROD, MBA, or Master of Social Work (HR Major) with at least 60% marks.
- Security:
Graduate from any recognized university. - Coal Preparation: B.E., B.Tech., or B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical, Mineral, or Metallurgical Engineering with at least 60% marks.

- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process:
- Computer-Based Online Test (CBT): The test comprises two papers:Paper I: General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English. Paper II: Disciplinespecific professional knowledge. The duration of the CBT is 3 hours, featuring objective-type questions with no negative marking.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for document verification.
- Initial Medical Examination: Final selection is contingent upon clearing the medical examination.

- Complete the registration process using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Fill out the application form accurately.
- Upload the required documents, including a passport-sized photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or e-challan.
- Submit the application form and retain a printout for future reference.
Salary and Benefits:
Selected candidates will be placed as management trainees in E-2 Grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000, starting at ₹50,000 basic pay. After completing the 1-year training and evaluation, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000, starting at ₹60,000 basic pay and an additional 1-year probation.
